Monthly Versions:

-First month can not be refunded as they are not trial versions.

-Renewal refund may be made within a week of the renewal.

Yearly Versions:

-Due to the way transactions are handled yearly is not refundable.

Make sure you cancel fully if you do not want to renew next year.

If a refund request is not placed via our email within the refund period, it will not be accepted.

We want our programs to be as functional and useful as we can,

so we ask that you ask for assistance solving an issue rather than refunding.
